If you're looking at this page, you must be interested in joining the LeanOn team and changing the admissions game. Right now, LeanOn is looking for motivated medical students currently attending any medical (M.D. or D.O.) school, who want to share their wisdom and experience with students around the nation and the world.
Joining LeanOn is a simple 4-step process. Let's get started:
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, using your .edu address, with a resumé or CV, a writing sample that showcases your wonderful writing skills, and a brief statement (no more than 2 paragraphs) about why you want to join LeanOn. We'll read through your materials and get back to you. During this review process, we look for superior writing ability, diverse and substantive experiences, and a passion for helping others.
Step 2: Understand Your Role
If we liked the materials that you emailed to us in Step 1, we'll send you a password to access the LeanOn Guidebook. In order to be transparent with our employees, LeanOn believes in laying out the backend process. After all, you're a busy student. Your time is precious and we respect that, so you should know what you're signing up for at the beginning. The Guidebook contains all that information.
You can access the Guidebook with the link below, but, without the password, you won't be able to open it.
Step 3: Sign On The Dotted Line
Check the guidebook out and feel free to email us if you have any questions. If everything looks good in there, the next step is to sign the legal employment contract with LeanOn. Contact leadership at info@leanonadmit for the password to the following employment contract. Once that is signed, you are a bonafide LeanOn consultant! Here's the contract link:
Step 4: Say Cheese
Once you've completed the contract with LeanOn, obtain a photo and brief biography of yourself in the style and format similar to those on the Team page. Email that to email@example.com and we'll add you to the page! We'll also orient you to how our process is currently working and send you any useful documents to make you an even better consultant.
We look forward to working with you!
